The remaining balance and a security deposit are generally payable upon vehicle pickup. All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept all major credit and debit cards, processed securely through well-known payment providers.
Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses for Rental Vehicle
- The vehicle may not be used for any unlawful activities or purposes. This includes racing, off-roading, or engaging in other risky behaviors. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. The vehicle must be used only as intended, adhering to passenger and weight limits. Operating the vehicle outside the specified geographical area requires prior approval.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by law in Oldham, Car Hire accepts no responsibility for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the amount you paid for the rental in the last 12 months.
